We are unable to offer guaranteed Next Day Delivery at this time, however if you need your order sooner, please get in touch.

Once your order has been completed and packed, you will receive an email from us confirming the successful dispatch of your parcel.

All standard UK orders are dispatched from our store using Royal Mail.

We cannot recall items or change delivery destinations once an item has been dispatched.
*Please note that this service does not include locations: Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands (Guernsey or Jersey).

International Delivery

We are able to ship internationally. Please note that you are responsible for paying any additional taxes, customs fees, duties and tariffs. Please refer to your local regulations for more information.

Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than expected.

Acceptance of order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Distance Selling Regulations

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order and receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact sacs.ashbourne@outlook.com to obtain a withdrawal form which will allow us to cancel your order. Once completed, please send this form back to us and if your item has already been dispatched to you, return the item in accordance with the returns policy above.
